Hi there! I’m Samuel Mathew, a seasoned software developer and strategic IT leader with over two decades of experience turning complex business needs into innovative technology solutions. My journey in tech has taken me from hands-on programming to leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, and I’m passionate about bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution.

Currently, I serve as the Director of Enterprise Business Applications at North Mark Strategies Group, where I oversee ERP strategy across a multi-company portfolio, manage a $10M+ budget, and support more than 800 global users. My work spans architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystems, integrating Azure data lake analytics, and driving Agile/DevOps adoption to streamline performance.

I’ve built ERP operations from the ground up, led successful post-acquisition integrations, and developed high-performing global teams. My earlier career highlights include developing and implementing the Royalty & Rights Management System for Microsoft Dynamics GP, now live in over 35 locations worldwide, and launching a suite of enterprise tools such as the EDI Control Panel, Eclipse Dynamics Portal, and Exchange Rate Integration Utility.

Certified in Microsoft Dynamics GP, SQL Server, and Dexterity, I bring deep technical expertise coupled with a strong focus on client collaboration, business process transformation, and strategic growth. Whether I’m coding or advising C-suite stakeholders, I thrive on solving real-world problems through elegant, scalable solutions.
